Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct/ Coordinate training regularly on Fire, Safety and Security to all fireman, Security all workers & employees.
∎ Maintain factory from all sorts of Fire Safety issues.
∎ Monitor, Review & Check-up regularly all types of Fire Instruments, Fire Equipment testing necessary drill.
∎ Must have knowledge on installation of Panel Board System Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector as well as Complete Fire Hydrant System sprinkler as guided in NFPA & BNBC and taking necessary corrective action.
∎ Prepare report regularly on Fire Hazard Safety & Security problems to the top management.
∎ Maintain discipline in all production area regarding Fire Prevention, Safety & Security.
∎ Ensure that all fire security personals are in right order and perform the duties as per the requirement.
∎ Regular inspection of fire security post and sensitive points of the factory at day & night.
∎ Prepare factory always for Fire, Safety and Security related requirements and issues as per New Fire License Accord, alliance, Nirapan and buyers COC.
∎ Maintain and ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have TOT (Training on Trainer) certificate on fire safety training or retired person from FS&CD who shall be delegated for fire safety issues; i.e. such as training, drill, awareness etc.
∎ Must be a Retired Officer from Fire Service & Civil Defense or any other Defense
∎ Sound Knowledge on Accord, Alliance,BNBC.
∎ Should have training and adequate knowledge in fire fighting, first aid and evacuation.
∎ Should be capable to lead a security team to ensure maximum efficiency of the organization.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
∎ Experience in RMG sector will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
