∎ 7-10 years of experience in a managerial role focused on fire safety, preferably within local or multinational companies.
∎ Comprehensive fire and safety certifications.
∎ Proven track record of managing fire safety initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
∎ Experience working with the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense is a significant advantage.
∎ Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of safety among employees.

∎ Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures to meet compliance standards.
∎ Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
∎ Collaborate with the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense to enhance fire safety measures.
∎ Trained and educate staff on fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
∎ Maintain up-to-date fire safety certifications and ensure the company adheres to local and international safety regulations.
