Job Context:
∎ The candidate must have experience in performing jobs in "All Over Printing" industry.
∎ If you are confident enough to perform in a large All Over Printing factory as Deputy Manager/Manager (Finishing), please apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up and ensure all the printed fabric finishing & compacting process.
∎ Maintain proper GSM, shade, temperature, washing, chemical mixture and other parameters of finished fabric.
∎ To follow up the Printing subsequent process.
∎ To ensure daily production target as per plan.
∎ To take daily scheduled rotary & flat bed m/c printed fabric program for finishing by Sr. Manager/ DGM.
∎ To maintain and keep order wise production report.
∎ To give Instruction to color master for better color matching.
∎ To ensure PP sample and backlog fabric delivery.
∎ To participate production & management meeting and instruct subordinates.
∎ Keep close communication with merchant & planning team members to solve various quality & technical issues.
∎ To ensure T&A wise timely fabric delivery.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have leadership quality.
∎ A good interpersonal and communication skill over English Language is mandatory.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge is also mandatory.
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind of AOP machineries.
