Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and record daily production output.
Ensure team members are trained and capable of operating embroidery machines effectively.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily embroidery operations to meet production targets.
Operate embroidery machines; perform tasks such as sewing patches, trimming, and steaming.
Check in and organize incoming supplies to ensure proper stock levels.
Choose appropriate garments for embroidery jobs based on order requirements.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operations.
Ensure all designs, threads, and fabric handling meet buyer standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and social compliance standards.
Optimize production cost while maintaining quality standards.
