• Monitor and record daily production output.

• Ensure team members are trained and capable of operating embroidery machines effectively.

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily embroidery operations to meet production targets.

• Operate embroidery machines; perform tasks such as sewing patches, trimming, and steaming.

• Check in and organize incoming supplies to ensure proper stock levels.

• Choose appropriate garments for embroidery jobs based on order requirements.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operations.

• Ensure all designs, threads, and fabric handling meet buyer standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and social compliance standards.

• Optimize production cost while maintaining quality standards.
