∎ • B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Fabrics Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall Dyeing Production.
∎ Ensure quality of dyeing and dyeing process following SOP's
∎ Day to day production monitoring in dyeing.
∎ Recipe Selection for consistency and Right First time .
∎ On time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and work load as per weekly/monthly target
∎ To maintain machine health
∎ Responsible for dyeing & must report to GM dyeing.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Analyze production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Analytical skills on dyeing, finishing & quality issue.
∎ Ensure daily production report to GM as per target & follow up of schedule machine maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Woven Solid Dyeing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Fabric Dyeing Factory
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
