Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement successful HR Policies, Strategies & SOP that support the long-term growth and transformation of the organization.
∎ Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
∎ Job analysis and manpower planning
∎ Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
∎ Identify training and development opportunities
∎ Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Assist to develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Arrange various training & development activities to meet the compliance requirement.
∎ Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file for non-compliance findings
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
∎ Follow up employee wellness in the factory based on labor rules, ensuring ethical practice as well as company's own policy & procedure
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, Accord etc and handle their different audits with requirements
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ Follow up daily HR activities as organization demand as per the company policy
∎ Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
∎ To formulate and implement of factory HR policies link with the group HR policies
∎ To carry out recruitment and selection, payroll, and training & development activities of workers and supervisory staff of the factory.
∎ To conduct activities of employee discipline, grievances, motivation and welfare.
∎ To update all documentation and look after legal matters.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the upper management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 06 Years of relevant working experience essentially at least 04 years in similar position in any Manufacturing Company.
∎ Excellent drafting & negotiation skill will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good command over computer, especially in MS Office / Internet & Email systems
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
∎ Able to handle buyer code of conduct & ethical compliance issues properly
