Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Loan/Lease Arrangement, foreign Loan Arrangement & monitoring Loan Repayment.
∎ Project Financing, Working Capital Financing. Working with new and effective Finance Instruments Preparing Project Feasibility Report, preparing Financial Statements. Responding to the queries of Banks/NBFIS Working with Govt. Bank & Organization like BIDA, Bangladesh Bank, DEG, IDCOL, IFC etc.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with various bank/Fl. Sound knowledge about money market and capital market.
∎ Knowledge about new financials instrument and various circular.
∎ Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets. SUPERVISORY AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Being responsible for the finance and accounting professionals who perform operational functions. TEAM LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
∎ Organize different technical (finance related) papers & financial activities for new joiners and management personnel.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel.
∎ Provides knowledge on leadership skills, industry knowledge, personal growth, risk assessment and management. STRATEGIC & FORECASTING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Develop and implement effective financial strategies.
∎ By using available data and reports, both internal and external, to advise on areas including product development, market expansion, human capital management, M&A and capital investments.
∎ Develop KPIs and forecasts to plan and ensure financial stability.
∎ This position is responsible for building a top-notch finance and accounting team, ensuring revenues and expenses stay in balance, overseeing FP&A (financial planning & analysis) functions, making recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, obtaining funding, working with department heads to analyze financial data and craft budgets, attesting to the accuracy of reports and consulting with boards of directors and the CEO on strategy.
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
