Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Lead and manage the entire HR operations of the factory.
- Ensure legal compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws, including disciplinary, grievance, and termination procedures.
- Maintain factory HR documentation in line with local laws and buyer compliance standards.
- Handle all types of factory audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/Alliance, Buyer Compliance).
- Prepare and update HR-related audit documents and follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
- Oversee recruitment, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Act as the primary HR contact during buyer visits, audits, and inspections.Train factory HR & compliance team on audit preparedness and labor law.
- Collaborate with safety, admin, and production teams to ensure a compliant and harmonious work environment.
- Any other task assign from the management.
