∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cutting Production, Garments Cutting, production management (Cutting)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly & keep standard buyer H&M Demand in Floor.
∎ Set up cutting Target & Working Hour
∎ Everyday Attended report check & Team Balancing.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department & keep standard all file.
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with meet the target goal.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ Lay Inspection- Marking - Relaxation - Storing and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics Consumption shall be within the Plan' if Cross then take approval from Superior
∎ Ensure Numbering, Bundling, Stickering as per SOP.
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work
∎ Mailing on File & Extra Fabric requisition, Fabric Quality, Rejection, Día, GSM, Print-Emb discrepancy, Marker efficiency & Pattern increases in Length & width.
∎ Train workers with standard methods to develop skilled workforce.
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/Quality inspector & others
∎ To manage and monitor the overall administration of Cutting department.
∎ Monitor all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce garments in the allotted time
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Monthly team-wise production and efficiency report with reduce Top-3 defects.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
∎ Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan, Cutting quality and fusing quality control.
∎ To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
