Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Liaising closely with all the customers of an organization to coordinate relevant activity, and share information on trends, initiatives and best practice, in particular with the management team, environment and sustainability function, HR, and marketing/communications to carry out the business.
∎ 2.Leading communication of the organization’s CSR strategy to customers, suppliers and other interested parties, which might include presentations and attending events.
∎ 3.Identifying, measuring and monitoring the social value / social impact of the organisation’s activities
∎ 4.Influencing the organisation’s culture by identifying and championing best practice CSR initiatives, driving innovation and encouraging continuous improvement
∎ 5.Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, contributing to the organization’s sustainability strategy, and raising employees’ awareness of sustainability and social responsibility issues.
∎ 6.Closly monitoring manufacturing units’ CSR activities and their fulfillment of customers’ COC
∎ 7.Evaluate manufacturing units from time to time and review their standards to continue the ethical business relationship.
∎ 8.Keep updating global changes of CSR portfolios and prepare manufacturing units to meet up with the best customers in the market.
