Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (HRM) / Master's degree in any discipline from a Public or Private University.
∎ Professional Certification: S A 8000.
∎ Diploma Courses in Compliance will get preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
factory management, HR and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of buyers & auditors.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Monitor compliance certifications like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLIANCE, etc, and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization throughout all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Training related to Health & Safety, Environment, Fire Fighting, Fire Drill, and FAD Training, SOP, and other training related to Social and Technical Compliance
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
