Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and manage sales & marketing activities for yarn dyeing.
∎ Build strong relationships with buyers and follow up on sample development.
∎ Coordinate job-swatch collection, lab dip submission, and sample delivery.
∎ Handle commercial tasks: Job PI submission, LC document collection, and booking follow-up.
∎ Cross-check L/C details with the commercial team.
∎ Communicate with buyers via email and phone, and manage customer relationships.
∎ Take initiatives to increase sales and secure new orders.
∎ Provide customer support and assist in resolving payment issues.
∎ Monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Manage order-wise yarn receipt and delivery.
∎ Search for new clients and update on business development.
