BSc in civil engineering from a reputed university
Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), map analysis, Load Management & calculation
Should possess relevant Computer skills (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc).
Ability to negotiate and finalize rates with contractors

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager (Civil Engineering)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Lead and control civil engineering projects to ensure that they are completed to the standards required within agreed timescales and to the agreed budget level
Carry out feasibility studies for major and minor works and recommend new projects and extensions to existing projects
Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers) and provide necessary guidelines on civil project
Maintain regular contact with design consultants, architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders involved in civil engineering projects
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary apprvals for civil projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, risk assessments and report to management with necessary recommendations
