Akij Venture Group is looking for a skilled Catering Operations Manager for its Modern Kitchen Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all catering operations including corporate events, institutional food supply, and outsourced catering services, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end catering operations for events and corporate clients

• Ensure timely food preparation, packaging, and delivery

• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards

• Supervise manpower and operational scheduling

• Control operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

• Handle client coordination and event execution
