∎ At least 03 years work experience as a “Manager (Carton Production)” in a reputed Printing & Packages company
∎ At least 03 years work experience as a “Manager (Carton Production)” in a reputed Printing & Packages company
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Board Plant machine run with optimum speed & efficiency to balance production and optimum quality
∎ Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and on-time delivery at the lowest possible cost
∎ Ensure raw materials availability along with store department
∎ Reviewing daily production as well as product quality
∎ Maintain highest standards of integrity & quality for all production
∎ Send report e.g. daily production, quality & inventory to the factory management
∎ Assist in managing & controlling the performance of staffs and workers of production department through motivation and training
∎ Cooperate with the Maintenance and Quality Control department
