∎ We are Looking for an experienced and passionate Manager for managing operation process, planning, controlling, performance improving and implementing the right processes and practices across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive planning, settling up and operating for card business.
∎ Establishing and revising all related regulations; policies, guidelines, manuals, etc.
∎ Setting up and improving whole operational process for card business
∎ Data Management
∎ Issuing cards including related operations.
∎ Setting conditions of approval on card transactions
∎ Settlement to related parties
∎ Any internal / outgoing reports on card business
∎ Monitor & Supporting establishment of Card IT System through whole process.
∎ Developing card products Offer following the customers’ needs
∎ Affiliating with other cooperation; card payment, card service partners, etc.
∎ Any other assigned works related to card business
∎ All duties above shall be similar to card when it starts.
∎ Maintain work flow according to offers, discounts etc.
∎ Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of card business process
∎ Able to use Microsoft office.
∎ Be honest, highly committed, and flexible.
∎ Able to work under pressure, independently team leader.
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English (speaking and writing)
∎ Sound knowledge of digital, MFS payment platform.
∎ Ability to cope with operation related software.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive compensation package will be offered to capable candidates.
