∎ We are Looking for an experienced and passionate Area Sales Manager for monitoring Sales team to improve their sales target and achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, establish and execute area sales plan in alignment with business objectives and deliverables to meet the company goals.
∎ Monitoring and supervising sales team members to ensure effective market visits for existing and potential customers to improve assigned sales target and achievement.
∎ Look out for opportunities to generate incremental sale, work for expanding the market and initiate cross sell at corporate/Trade.
∎ Understand market dynamic and share with product team to arrive at a competitive product offering.
∎ Interact and manage relationship with all channel partners and corporate coordinators to ensure all the stakeholders perform as per company expectations.
∎ Initiated coordination meeting with front line staffs, maintain high morale and motivation of the team and ensure their continuous development via proper training.
∎ Manage promotional collaterals in alliance with Marketing, Communication & Customer Experience team.
∎ Handle disputes, customer complaints and fraud related issues and resolve as per set guidelines.
∎ Timely response to all management queries and compliance deadlines.
∎ Proper vigilance of branding and information to all touch points
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Creating and implementing a sales plan.
∎ Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
∎ Analyzing sales data.
∎ Presentation skills.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Must be Target-Orientated.
