Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overlook the execution of sampling and pattern.
∎ • Must have working experience in Woven & Outerwear Garments.
∎ • Able to prepare time and action plan for customer developments and maintain T&A with the help of merchandising head and merchandisers.
∎ • Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
∎ • Come across the time limits for all developments and samples with the factual quality.
∎ • Maintain all type of technical data according to the requirement of customers while sample developing.
∎ • Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and develop, implement and enforce CAD standards.
∎ • Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determination all matters concerning to fabric width and markers.
∎ • Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person.
∎ • Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues.
∎ • Leading Pattern Master, develop prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as of the requirements.
∎ • Make sure cost saving by achieving best efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ • Experience of direct communication with customers and handle product development of company
∎ Give technical guidance for production and quality team.
∎ * Expert on Woven garments factory.
∎ * Create pattern as spec and design requirement;
∎ * Do size grading, marker and consumption properly;
∎ * Must have vast knowledge in Lectra, GTR, CAD Software etc.;
∎ * Capable to handle technical issues individually;
∎ * Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ * Should have ability to handle with full responsibility and leadership
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Smart and energetic people will be given preference.
∎ • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both in Bengali & English (mainly).
∎ • Should have Computer knowledge (E-mail, Internet, MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ * Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in the same rank.
