∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Textile Engineering with adequate knowledge in Continuous bleaching and mercerisation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
bleaching, woven fabric dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day production monitoring of Bleaching machines.
∎ Follow up of balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Ensure daily programs based on delivery schedule.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ On time delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Responsible for Pretreatment process & must report to GM Dyeing and Finishing
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Analyze production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Analytical skills on dyeing, finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
∎ Ensure daily production report to GM as per target& follow up of schedule machine maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Continuous bleaching.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Fabric Dyeing Factory
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
