Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for Human Recourse Department
∎ To ensure daily HR & Admin routine activities in the company.
∎ To ensure all data records and prepare in relation to recruitment & selection, wages, and allowances.
∎ To ensure the employee's Personal file with all related papers.
∎ Performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Develop company's HR strategy, policy and practices and ensure that these policies are understood and applied fairly.
∎ Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
∎ Drafting various reports and letters, notes, etc. as per management instructions.
∎ Process payroll and resolve any identifying.
∎ Assist to prepare training and development plans for Employees and Support Stuffs.
∎ Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes Administrative Management
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
