Candidates must have a proven track record of distribution sales.
Leadership capacity and good communication skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and stock management skills.
Should have sound knowledge of the easiest route to communicate with the Dealers and Retailers.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the assigned area.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers/Vendors and establish new connections according to policy guidelines.
- Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of dealers/Vendors. Facilitate the development of them.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Eastern IT products and update dealers/vendors accordingly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations.
- Conduct product promotions, discounts, and offers through team members and media.
- Regularly Communicate with dealer/vendor showrooms, offices, and warehouses.
- Generate necessary reports as per departmental requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals with dealer
- Generate ideas, and policies and propose to the senior to set new goals.
