• Leadership capacity and good communication skills. Expert in Microsoft Office.

• Strong planning, organizational, and stock management skills.

• Should have sound knowledge on the easiest route to communicate with the Dealers and Retailers.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the assigned area.

• Maintain regular communication with dealers/Vendors and establish new connections according to policy guidelines.

• Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of dealers/Vendors. Facilitate the development of them.

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Eastern IT products and update dealers/vendors accordingly.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations

• Conduct product promotions, discount offers through team members and media.

• Regularly Communicate with dealer/vendor showrooms, offices, and warehouses.

• Generate necessary reports as per departmental requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals with dealer

• Generate ideas, and policies and propose to the senior to set new goals.
