Job Responsibilities:
∎ Details plan for Sealed Lead Acid Maintenance-free Battery Production factory set up.
∎ Plan and Schedule for manufacturing activities effectively to produce the Sealed Lead Acid Maintenance-free Battery Production and deliver on-time
∎ Monitor, supervise and Follow up the Powder Quoting and Battery Bank Production Department's the production and staff management.
∎ Monitor, supervise and Follow up the new/old Battery Charging Section daily activities and staff management.
∎ Prepare contingency schedules to reduce production cost and resource deficiencies
∎ Work with Inventory Control to ensure adequate inventory to support production schedule
∎ Engage with the Purchase process
∎ Evaluate and assess productions capacity, cycle times, and through-puts to meet forecasts and demands
∎ Monitor equipment functionality and repair progress
∎ Assess staffing levels and labor hour demands, and initiate adjustments
∎ Identify, evaluate and initiate cost reduction opportunities and manufacturing concepts
∎ Effectively communicate to personnel daily, schedules, assignments, problems and needed information
∎ Regularly update to the higher management of schedule status and problems
∎ A clear understanding of Constraint Theory in the manufacturing of Sealed Lead Acid Maintenance-free Battery Production.

∎ Have strong technical knowledge on the Sealed Lead Acid Maintenance-free Battery Production and Charging System to increase the battery cycle use and life cycle and performance.
