Professional Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing is required, with a preference for candidates who have international sea/air freight forwarding experience and an established client base.

• Only candidates with direct, relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry will be considered for an interview.

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in international sea/air freight forwarding and having business in hand.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• As a Manager / Assist. Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base and market share.

• Identifying and prospecting new business leads and clients.

• Building and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Negotiating with clients and managing cargo from the competitive market.

• Maximizing sales growth from existing customers through new sales and improved customer support strategies.

• Collaborating with the operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

• Handling other tasks as assigned by management to support overall business operations.
