∎ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation of International Sea/Air Freight forwarding.
∎ Customer service.
∎ Preparing regular reports to management/clients of daily stuffing.
∎ Preparing vessel schedule, Shipment advice, shipment online tracking.
∎ Booking process through online with different carrier.
∎ B/L process & submission through on line with different carrier.
∎ Overseas correspondences & up to date agents SOA with agents/partners all over the world.
∎ Rate negotiation with carrier.
∎ Business development.
∎ Other job as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in Freight forwarding industry and complete knowledge about sea freight customer service & documentation. Only experience candidate will be shortlisted for interview.
∎ Must be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner; possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
∎ Pro-active, trustworthy, self-motivated and career oriented
∎ Be able to multi task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Honestly, loyalty & dedication.
