Educational Requirements:
∎ M.A /M.B.A (HRM) from Reputed University in Bangladesh
∎ Experience in spinning mill work will be considered as an additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities of the Administration Staffs in all Factories. And also look after their performance management, performance appraisal and career progression issues in consultation with the Top-Management.
∎ Ensure safety and security of Head Office and all factories through respective Head of Administration.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Execute overall factory admin related activities.
∎ Maintain and control transport at the factory.
∎ Plan and coordinate Security Management at the factory.
∎ Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers' code of conduct.
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staff & the top management of the company.
∎ Taking all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audits.
∎ Follow up monthly and quarterly Administration Reporting.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Plan, organize and control all activities of the department at the factory side.
∎ Will pay periodical visit to factories.
∎ Look after the performance of Common Service Staffs like Security Guards, Drivers, Office Assistant, Peon etc.
∎ Ensure the Proper Management of office equipment.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have certain working experience in Group of Companies.
∎ 5-7 years of experience in all areas of Human resource management and overall business appreciation through on/off the job experience.
∎ Knowledge on business particularly with manufacturing, distribution and service facilities.
∎ Knowledge of labor law, industrial legislation and ability of interpretation and adaption is a must.
∎ Knowledge of job evaluation, recruitment tools, remuneration market, facilitating Career development, promotional process and external (national/ international) service provider is required.
∎ An overall appreciation of IT tools and systems and to integrate the HR system is required.
