Experience:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and workforce development for head office and field operations
Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational values and NGO best practices
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Foster a positive work environment and strengthen staff engagement across all projects and departments
Oversee performance management systems and staff development initiatives
Supervise overall administrative operations including office management, transport, security, and facility services
Ensure proper documentation systems, filing management, asset tracking, and inventory control
Coordinate between departments and field offices to ensure smooth operational workflow
Monitor attendance, staff turnover, and operational efficiency improvement measures
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and relevant NGO regulatory frameworks
Support internal, external, donor, and social compliance audits
Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, workplace safety, and ethical standards
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and compliance reports
Address employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally
Support implementation of staff welfare policies and participation mechanisms
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and organizational discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be given preference
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant professional experience
At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
Experience in NGOs, or large-scale operational organizations will be preferred
