Responsibilities & Context:

MASTUL Foundation is a humanitarian and development-focused organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through programs in education, shelter support, healthcare, and social development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and workforce development for head office and field operations

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational values and NGO best practices

  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

  • Foster a positive work environment and strengthen staff engagement across all projects and departments

  • Oversee performance management systems and staff development initiatives

Administration Management

  • Supervise overall administrative operations including office management, transport, security, and facility services

  • Ensure proper documentation systems, filing management, asset tracking, and inventory control

  • Coordinate between departments and field offices to ensure smooth operational workflow

  • Monitor attendance, staff turnover, and operational efficiency improvement measures

  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and relevant NGO regulatory frameworks

Compliance, Audit & Safeguarding

  • Support internal, external, donor, and social compliance audits

  • Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, workplace safety, and ethical standards

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and compliance reports

Employee Welfare & Relations

  • Address employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally

  • Support implementation of staff welfare policies and participation mechanisms

  • Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and organizational discipline

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be given preference

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years of relevant professional experience

  • At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role

  • Experience in NGOs, or large-scale operational organizations will be preferred

Salary: Negotiable
