To strengthen our global fundraising capacity and expand strategic partnerships, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Manager, Institutional & Charity Grant Fundraising & Partnership.

Position Summary

The Manager, Institutional & Charity Grant Fundraising & Partnership will play a critical leadership role in securing international funding and building strategic partnerships with global philanthropic organizations, charitable foundations, institutional donors, and international NGOs. The successful candidate will lead grant acquisition initiatives, develop high-impact proposals, manage donor relationships, and contribute to the long-term sustainability and growth of MASTUL Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Fundraising Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies targeting international foundations, philanthropic trusts, institutional donors, INGOs, and global charitable organizations.

  • Identify emerging funding opportunities aligned with MASTUL Foundation’s mission and strategic priorities.

  • Build and maintain a strong institutional fundraising pipeline to achieve annual fundraising targets.

Grant Acquisition & Proposal Development

  • Conduct extensive donor and grant opportunity research.

  • Lead the complete grant lifecycle, from opportunity identification and concept development to proposal submission and award management.

  • Prepare compelling, evidence-based grant proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest (EOIs), and donor presentations.

  • Collaborate with program, finance, monitoring, and leadership teams to develop technically sound project designs, budgets, and implementation plans.

Partnership Development & Donor Stewardship

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with international donor agencies, charitable foundations, philanthropic institutions, and strategic partners.

  • Represent MASTUL Foundation in donor meetings, conferences, networking events, and partnership forums.

  • Develop partnership strategies to expand MASTUL Foundation’s international visibility and donor network.

Grant Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with donor regulations, grant agreements, reporting schedules, and organizational policies.

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of high-quality donor reports, impact updates, and financial narratives.

  • Monitor grant performance and maintain accurate donor records and documentation.

Leadership & Organizational Support

  • Provide strategic support to the Director of Fundraising & Donor Relations in departmental planning and management.

  • Contribute to organizational fundraising strategy, donor engagement initiatives, and resource mobilization efforts.

  • Support capacity building of fundraising staff and cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree in International Development, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in fundraising, grant management, project management, or donor relations will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in institutional fundraising, grant acquisition, donor relations, or partnership development.

  • Demonstrated success in securing grants from international foundations, charitable trusts, INGOs, bilateral and multilateral donors.

  • Strong track record of developing successful grant proposals and managing donor-funded projects.

  • Experience working in NGOs, development organizations, humanitarian agencies, or philanthropic institutions is highly preferred.
