Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selections; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
∎ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientations and training programs.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
∎ Face the certification audit, obtain certificate and face other surveillance audits.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues including fire security to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have commensurate experience in Administration, Office Management, and HR & Compliance in the Textile Industry.
∎ Adequate skills in Computer Application including ERP software and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
