Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BBS/MBA/B.Sc/M.Sc/M.com from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export, Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have work experience with 100% export oriented Textile Industry.
∎ Must have knowledge in Import & Export business.
∎ Must have knowledge in L/C Terms & Conditions, Deemed Documentation of Direct Expert, BTMA Preparation, Cash Incentive Collection, Follow-up shipment, Payment collection, PRC etc.
∎ Must have Knowledge of Vat Chelan and control in factory for delivery.
∎ Require to Make BTMEA and issuing from authority.
∎ Direct Export dealing with C&F for EPZ & port.
∎ Prepare all kinds of shipping and other documents.
∎ Place booking to forwarder for Air & Sea shipment, check draft BL, FCR & HAWB, confirm for release OBL/HBL/HWAB.
∎ Ensure issuing of timely documents after receiving L/C from customer.
∎ Follow-up L/C balance report time to time and resolve all kinds of L/C related issues.
∎ To check all shipping documents before submitting to bank to avoid any kind of discrepancies.
∎ Experience to prepare sales contact for buyer and TT Export.
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer operation particularly in MS Office, filing, e-mail operating, browsing and operating of online certification.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no. 600.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have a sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent persuasion skill.
Salary: Negotiable
