Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in Social Compliance or Human Resource Management will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implant a fresh and enthusiastic outlook into the work environment of the organization initiated the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program.
∎ To facilitate a future pool of business leaders, we identify talents most suited to the program from prominent institution across the country.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hardworking mentality and capable to accept the challenges.
∎ Leadership competencies.
∎ Proactive and creative.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is must especially in office package.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Earned Leave encashment.
∎ The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 6 months under HR, Admin & Compliance department.
∎ After successful completion of the probationary period, he will have prevailed a revised compensation package.
