Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng Production
∎ B.Sc / BBA from reputed public/Private university preferably in Industrial Engineering, Production/Operation Management, Textile Engineering or AMT.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Presentation skill, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • On job extensive training for IE, Production, QA, Warehouse system and other related RMG functional scopes
∎ • Identifying and executing new methods in production operations that will enhance the production capacity and deliver deliver product on time
∎ • Conduct research/study to identify new technological methods to implement in production operations
∎ • Data analysis of Industrial Engineering or technical functions of RMG
∎ • Periodic report writing on work progress and development scope of training period
∎ • Ensure robust approach of communicating with people and adopt related methods of production operations
∎ • Incumbent will be placed in leadership team for the production operations if meet all the criterions within MT period.

Additional Requirements:
∎ • Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.
∎ • Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ • The incumbent must be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess be positive attitude.
∎ • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required both in Bengali and English

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
