Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline/ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university. English Medium Background will get preference.
∎ Textile background is preferred.

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Department: Merchandising
∎ Report to (Direct): Director
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong enough to handle in quantitative analysis, buyer corresponded and creative work in merchandising file of an order starting from new development to shipment of goods.
∎ Follow production plan & shipment plan for proper execution of sampling according to "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production management.
∎ Follow-up and costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers & factory to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Must have vast experience to work with factory and buyer independently on CM /FOB basis business in Buying House/ Trading or Garment Industry.
∎ Follow-up sample development, dispatch to customers and suppliers.
∎ Able to deal with marketing and work closely with QA to ensure best final product and take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of production.
∎ Responsible to building the team strongly.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval/ per-production/delivery.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooting.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.

∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Good communication, reporting and presentation skill in English only.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, E-mail and PPT.
