Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and daily maintenance activities in press, bending, cutting and other machineries.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cylinder, motor, pump, bearing, lubrication system, solenoid valve, gear box etc.
∎ Precise knowledge on tools like torque wrench, dial gauge, pallet jacks, filer gauge, caliper, leveler etc.
∎ Skilled in performing Stamping, Bending & Forming processes.
∎ Experience in higher tonnage mechanical and hydraulic presses.
∎ Capable to operate AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft office.
∎ Die & mold’s spares keeping and maintenance.
∎ Prepare and conduct weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance schedule of the plant as per YMC guideline.
∎ Prepare yearly maintenance budget for the plant.
∎ Conduct breakdown maintenance with the collaboration of production team & execute fault analysis and countermeasure.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance report and share with management.
∎ Motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.
∎ Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
∎ Ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in automobile industry / sheet metal Industry
∎ Technical Knowledge
∎ Related machines & tools operation skill
∎ AutoCAD, Solid Works
∎ MS Office
