Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently operating Paper Machine especially focused on approach, wire, and press parts.
∎ Prompt resolving quality problems and communicating with all related stack holders, including the leading manager.
∎ Prompt troubleshooting for machine problems to increase uptime.
∎ Identifying all machine abnormalities and taking corrective actions.
∎ Capable of identifying all the development scopes.
∎ Maintaining closing and opening records for wire, felt, doctor blade, and other consumable materials.
∎ Ensuring the finished product quality.
∎ Maintaining work progress records.
∎ Increasing machine productivity and performance to achieve the production target.
∎ Increasing machine uptime.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the FMCG will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
