∎ Shifting Duty ( By Roaster Day / Night)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To obey the arrangement of the leader and assist the production supervisor to complete the production task;
∎ • Be familiar with the process flow of the company's products, understand and master the production management, and solve the technical problems in the production process;
∎ • With professional knowledge of production management, I have strong coordination ability and organizational management ability. I am willing to learn actively, and have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
∎ • Have dominated production line production scheduling plan execution, solve the abnormal problem in the process of production (including material, process, etc.), and actively with this production line is responsible for IPQC, QE, PE, TE, technician for communication and coordination, ensure production run smoothly, for abnormal problems found in production process can't treatment timely feedback to the supervisor to coordinate;
∎ • Make sure the material safety management of the production line, timely prepare the production daily report, the daily inventory and all kinds of handover reports, and find the material safety issues timely report to the same processing;
∎ • To solve the problem points found by IPQC, PE, and customers in the production line in a timely manner, such as problems that cannot be solved within the scope of the work, and timely feedback to the boss;
∎ • Strengthen communication with subordinates and employees, understand the latest development of employees, motivate employees and ensure timely completion of production tasks;
∎ • Does understand the production tasks, in advance of the smelting equipment preparation, used for the production of products and timely feedback is unusual, the factory smelting equipment in a timely manner after completion of the production task arrangement returned to management, so that the overall resource coordination;At the same time, follow up each work sheet to the end of the knot, arrange the statement in time.
∎ • To complete the temporary tasks assigned by the company leader in time
