Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean training experience preferred (Kaizen and Six Sigma).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance in the production lines.
∎ Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
∎ Produce written reports and make presentations.
∎ Undertake continuous training and development.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation.
∎ Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
∎ Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well being of staff and visitors.
∎ Lead lean implementation and layout optimization for manufacturing floor footprint.
∎ Assisting with the development and communication of methodologies leading to continuous process improvement throughout the factory by focusing on the needs of the customer, empowering employees, optimizing existing activities in the process, and developing natural work teams.
∎ Utilizing value stream mapping techniques to design optimal flow patterns for information, material and production methods.
∎ Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
