Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
∎ Master's And ACCA must have from foreign university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 19 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and directing the Agronomy Department for the supply of annually planned tobacco volumes, quality and integrity which have been contracted, financed, grown using best practices that promote improved productivity, integrity, usability and quality, are achieved successfully.
∎ Managing and directing the Leaf Department to ensure tobacco purchases are following both volume and cost plans and that accuracy of quality assessment is maintained, promoting optimization and usability of purchased inventories into blended processed products.
∎ Managing and directing Processing, Factory and Warehousing departments on processing optimization methods which directly impact cost reduction and product integrity. Quality and integrity maintenance of packed product within warehousing also complying to JTI’s expectations and high standards.

∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across functions
∎ Solid knowledge and understanding of the leaf and tobacco business
