Job Context:
∎ The primary goal of the incumbent is to plan, direct, and control all production sites and processes within the factory to guarantee effective production and timely delivery, adhering strictly to product specifications, quality benchmarks, and budgetary estimates. He or she will work aggressively to meet KPI improvement goals in the GSC priority areas of Responsible Business, Service, Investment, and Agility.
∎ In addition, the incumbent will lead performance, health, and safety management, and cultivate a culture of high employee satisfaction and morale.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ What You Will Do:Overall Operation Management:
∎ Direct, plan, organize all production activities necessary to produce planned
∎ production requirement, on time and at the best cost, in accordance with production
∎ plan, overall strategy plan, and quality standards.
∎ Initiate, develop, and steer strategic objectives and manufacturing business plans that will ensure short, medium and long-term growth for the factory.
∎ Monitor factory KPIs regularly and develop action plans to achieve them.
∎ Undertake analysis of the production performance and initiate improvement projects for all production processes in order to deliver results.
∎ Continuously improve the operating standards in order to achieve superior quality levels for the products.
∎ Policies & Procedures:
∎ Ensure that company policies, procedures, and best practices are implemented, maintained, and followed to further improve productivity, efficiency, quality and reduce cost.
∎ Perform J SOX controls as required, in full compliance with J-SOX GRM rules.
∎ Financial Resources & Capital Spending:
∎ Ensure optimal use of financial resources and capital investments in manufacturing facility, to guarantee streamlined operations, including optimal building and machinery maintenance, plant security.
∎ Oversee constant analysis of financial performance and implement corrective strategies to control costs and support positive productivity results.
∎ Plan, organize and direct all special projects and capital spending related with local production demands.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting associated to cost in order to meet budgetary plan.
∎ ASP:
∎ Ensure timely and accurate planning, organizing, and reporting of all manufacturing and product development costs in order to meet ASP budget.
∎ Develop CAPEX, Conversion Cost & HC planning for ASP.
∎ We Expect from You:
∎ University degree in Engineering; Foreign degree is preferred
∎ Minimum of 20 years relevant experience in FMCG sector in large companies; tobacco experience is preferred. Cross-cultural experience is a must
∎ Sound knowledge on manufacturing services, global forecasting and capacity planning, analysis of sales forecast and people management
∎ Experience in leading projects on a global level and business redesigning process
∎ Adept in SAP & Microsoft Office, Budget Planning & Critical Thinking

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
