Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify international talents based on the needs of the business and of the ongoing projects within South Asia and Caucasus/Central Asia Division
∎ To manage international talent sourcing and resourcing for the tenders, biddings, and proposal pursuits of the business within South Asia and Caucasus/Central Asia Division
∎ To drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities within South Asia and Caucasus/Central Asia Division
∎ To help in creating sustainable talent acquisition strategy, including identifying future talent needs with the Business Leaders and proactively developing the talent pool
∎ To manage all job profiles, ensuring they are high quality and accurate
∎ To oversee employer recruitment & branding activities on the assigned country within the Division
∎ To monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategies are in line with the South Asia and Caucasus/Central Asia Market
∎ To maintain knowledge on all industry trends, regional trends, and inter-regional trends, to ensure compliance with all recruitment guidelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Has minimum 8 years of Total Recruitment Experience
∎ Has at least 1-2 years’ experience on Bidding and proposals submission are related to Engineering Infrastructure and/or Funded Projects
∎ Has at least 4 years of both International Recruiting Experience on Engineering Infrastructure and/or Funded Projects
∎ Has previous overseas work of no less than 02 years
