Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Reporting activities to the Manager daily basis.
∎ 2. Sampling of RM, PM & FG followed by quality protocol.
∎ 3. To test assigned material & product as per standard testing procedure.
∎ 4. Clean and maintain the work area and all lab equipment and Chemicals.
∎ 5. The different samples received by the laboratory must be accurately tested within the specified time frame.
∎ 6. Have to reserve good knowledge to inspect Soap & Detergent production based on potential issues.
∎ 7. Maintain Standard of process & Personal Protective Equipment.
∎ 8. To maintain proper online inspection to ensure that all the products are meet quality standards.
∎ 9. To check every production and quality issue being encountered each day & Cooperation with the Operator and labor.
∎ 10. Daily keep the retention sample and KPI record of the product.
