Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC in Science
∎ Diploma in Food science will be added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: 5s, Able to work in roaster system, Computer literacy, Documantation, QA activity, Should be proactive

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Food Production, Milk and Milk based processed food production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure online quality of finished products (Leak control, Oxygen content, batch coding, product sealing, moisture, wettability etc.)
∎ Quality check for finished lot release for every shift.
∎ Perform sampling of all raw material, packaging material and finished product.
∎ Reference sample collection from on line.
∎ Ensure Cleaning of Laboratory equipment.
∎ Daily time to time temperature & humidity monitoring & recording.
∎ Daily time to time factory hygiene monitoring.
∎ Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and documented in accordance with SOP's.
∎ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) strictly.
∎ Support team members for shelf life study & overall site documentations.
∎ Ensure packaging materials testing & ensure data entry in register & online.
∎ Support QEHS supervisor for specific task.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on Food Quality & Basic Lab testing.
