∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile Engineering or Graduate in any discipline with vast experience in knit fabric production & planning.

Job Context:
∎ Raiyan Knit Composite Ltd, a reputed 100% export orient Knit composite garments factory is looking for a talented, experience, dynamic, potential who has vast technical knowledge about Dia, GSM and fabric shrinkage such professional as a Knitting Manager for its factory located at Hortokitola, Chandra, Kaliakair, Gazipur.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Hortakitola, Chandra, Kaliakair, Gazipur, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in planning, programming and scheduling monitoring and execution of Knitting Production according to schedule and ensure the quality of the product.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Yarn Analysis with Knit GSM Balancing by stich length
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ Close liaison with Merchandising department as well as with the Production Team to track the supply status of Fabric which requires feed in the line in time to meet the target.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Fabric Receiving and Fabric Utilization track record and Fabric Inventory and record keeping method to justify each analytical report.
∎ Any other related jobs that may assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8-10 years’ experience required, on which minimum 3 years in Managerial position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Knitting Production, Planning, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), RND
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Fabric Knitting, Knit Composite Garment Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile
∎ Experience in large Composite Knit Industries will be added as advantage.
∎ Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and E-mail operation.
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Knitting Marketing.
∎ In-depth knowledge on RMG Sector & Textile (Knitting) .
∎ Must be target oriented & self-motivated.
Salary: Negotiable
