Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation in any discipline from reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive inventory of raw materials, maintenance, quality control & assurance, fixed asset
∎ Record the receiving, issue and balance of inventory
∎ Safe handling of all the inventories
∎ Collect monthly requirement of inventory from all sections and prepare a combined requisition and submit to management
∎ Communicate with local suppliers
∎ Coordinate with quality department for defect reports
∎ Trace record of defects and prepare updated report for claim to suppliers
∎ Maintain 5S in workstation and store management
∎ Conduct morning meeting with senior and subordinates
∎ Train up subordinates to increase efficiency
∎ Safe handling of all the inventories
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of available space of the store
∎ Maintain BIN card of the inventories along with BIN card allocation list of each product
∎ Coordinate with production and maintenance section for smooth product delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to work in roaster basis (Day & Night shift) when required
∎ Experience in advance level in Excel will be added advantage
Salary:
