∎ Experience in Soap production lines will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work Station: Rupshi Plant (Narayanganj)
∎ Supervise the overall production process, machineries and materials to ensure maximize efficiency
∎ Assist production in charge for monthly production planning according to the target
∎ Coordinate manpower according to the monthly production plan to ensure optimize utilization
∎ Identifying the maintenance requirement of process & coordinate with maintenance team for timely maintenance and minimize the breakdown time
∎ Requisition & management of RM-PM as per production forecasting
∎ Minimize losses and enhance productivity
∎ Maintain process documentation in compliance with SOPs
