Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry (Applied or Pure), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry (Applied or Pure)
∎ Qualifications and Experience Levels:
∎ Master degree in Colloid and Surface chemistry/ Polymer chemistry/ Inorganic/ Organic Chemistry or equivalent with minimum 2 years of work experience within the field of developing chemical formulations, especially formulation experience in agrochemical/ Pharmaceutical products, and/or other oil-based emulsions and dispersions with the applications of polymers, emulsifiers, surfactants, and dispersants.
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Physical chemistry /Organic chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Agricultural Science or similar applied science field having minimum 1- 5 years of experience of related job responsibility and work experience will be preferred
∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong,Jahangirnagar University,National University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Plant, Quality control, Quality Control Assurance, Quality Inspection
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Computer skill, Data Analytics, Engineering Documentation, factory management, Plant Management, Quality Control Management, Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation:
∎ As a formulation chemist you will be part of Auto Crop Care Ltd. (ACCL)'s concern departments and actively take part in many of ACCL's development projects mainly related
∎ To formulation and Analytical Development.
∎ Theoretical, practical and regulation work related to ACCL's products/ assignments including blending and formulations.
∎ Regular formulation with different RM/PM/Tech ( Physico-Chemical, CIPAC, FAO..)
∎ The position will require to apply scientific understanding and practical AgroSciences, environment, chemistry and analytical skills to the development of products and processes.
∎ QA/QC:
∎ To understand and test all RM/PM/Bulk formulation /Tech/FG as per given guidelines
∎ To create QA/QC "SOP" ( Physico-Chemical Properties, MSDS, COA, CIPAC)
∎ Maintain all records related to QA/QC
∎ To help QA /QC in-charge to develop Testing method
∎ To maintain Laboratory Glassware/ Other Reagents/ Apparatus
∎ To maintain Lab Safety and EHS
∎ Routine visit to warehouse to check the SOP and escalate the challenges to HODs

∎ Operation, maintenance and safety management experience with GC, UV, HPLC, precision balances, pH meter, autoclave, oven, magnetic stirrer and glassware etc. will be added advantage
∎ Professional Reference Checking will be done with given professional references in resume and previous reporting points of previous work places for which consent will be taken. Candidate having no professional references or not willing to give consent are discouraged to apply.
∎ Technical capability and understanding in MS-Excel, MS-Word, Outlook, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project and ERP will be preferred
