Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. PROVIDE IT SUPPORT TO COMPANY USERS AND IT ASSETS (DESKTOP, LAPTOP, PRINTERS ETC.)
∎ PC Troubleshooting
∎ Device Configuration.
∎ Software installation.
∎ Outlook Configuration.
∎ 2.INSTALL & CONFIGURE COMPANIES NEW WORK STATION, LAPTOP & OTHER IT ASSETS
∎ OS installation (windows 7 pro to windows 10).
∎ Software configuration.
∎ Device Setup.
∎ 3. LAN/WIRELESS LAN SETUP & DIAGNOSTICS
∎ Connectivity Troubleshooting.
∎ Network Setup & Diagnostics.
∎ 4. MAINTAIN THE OFFICE RULES AND REGULATION
∎ Follow the office decorum and policy of company.
∎ Keep warm and good relation with team and other department of the office to do the job at smooth and friendly manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge in LAN/WAN/Wireless configurations including routers & switches.
∎ Must be proficient with modern windows operating systems (Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10) and Microsoft Office (2010-2016) package.
∎ Must be able take the initiative to find out and solve IT related problems.
∎ Must have good awareness and communication skills.
∎ Candidates located in Uttara Area will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
