Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Certification or formal education in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, GIS, or other mapping-related disciplines is a plus.

Education & Qualifications:
Candidates with degrees in Civil Engineering
Certification in GIS Software
Must have experience in at least one (01) completed project related to road, highway, expressway, metro rail, or railway in a relevant professional role.
Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field.
Skills & Knowledge (Must have):
GIS Software Proficiency: Proficient in using GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
Mapping Skills: Strong understanding of Cartography and spatial data visualization.
Data Management: Experience in data collection, data entry, and data maintenance.
Quantitative Analysis: Strong skills in mathematics and statistical analysis for spatial data interpretation.
Software Literacy: Advanced computer skills with all relative softwares
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain GIS systems, ensuring accurate geographic data management and product delivery.
Collaborate with project teams to identify GIS needs and develop appropriate GIS products and services.
Support GIS database maintenance and contribute to the development of analytical tools and solutions.
Conduct assessments and feasibility studies to provide alternatives and solutions related to GIS data.
Provide training to staff and stakeholders on GIS tools and products, promoting GIS knowledge across projects.
Ensure the quality and sharing of geographic data in line with global GIS standards and the MSF Master Database.
Assist with data creation and acquisition authorization processes at country and local levels when required.
Participate in monthly reporting according to established guidelines.
