Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Duties: 6 days in a week.
∎ 8 hours daily.
∎ Permanent after successful completion of 6 months probationary period.
∎ Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
∎ Prepare, update, and implement HR policies, procedures and Quarterly Goals to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
∎ Maintain and prepare job description of required manpower, transfer of employee, promotion and job enlargement of management staff;
∎ Assist in the implementation of the annual performance evaluation process, including goal setting and feedback collection.
∎ Assist to ensure automation on HR issues.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
∎ Assist in updating the employee database in accordance with legal and regulatory changes.
∎ Support in maintaining accurate job descriptions and overseeing benefits administration.
∎ Assist in the implementation of annual performance evaluations.
∎ Support senior management in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Ensure proper conflict resolution practices and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
