Responsibilities & Context:
Duty Hours: Morning Shift from 08:00 A.M. To 03:00 P.M.
Evening Shift from 03:00 P.M. To 11:00 P.M.
Responsibility:
Provides care for patients with kidney failure by operating dialysis machines and monitoring patients treatment.
Monitor patients during dialysis, answer questions, and provide emotional support.
Assemble and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring they are working properly and sterilized.
Adhere to infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, barrier precautions, and environmental cleaning.
